How to Delete your Social Web Cloud account in-app:

• Open the Social Web app
• Navigate to Chat tab (bottom left tab)
• Click on the avatar (top left corner)
• Click on Settings
• Click on Delete Account

• send an email to support@socialweb.cloud
• set the Subject to "account deletion request"
• include the email address that your account used in the body of the email

We delete your account, profile, messages, contacts, and feed subscriptions immediately. Backups are purged within 30 days. Logs may be retained up to 90 days for fraud prevention.
